Tutorial Submission Instructions

The duration of the tutorial is 3.5 hours. The proposals should be two to four pages in manuscript format. Proposals must include the following information:

  1. Tutorial Title.
  2. Presenter name(s) and contact information.
  3. Tutorial abstract for website publication.
  4. Presenter’s biosketch.
  5. Detailed tutorial outline.
  6. Tutorial format description: lecture, interactive lecture, Q&A session, hands-on, etc;
  7. Prerequisites: background attendees must have in order to fully benefit from this tutorial.
  8. Presenter Requirements: any special requirements needed.
  9. Proposals are due November 1, 2008.
