Sponsorship Levels
OCCBIO’09 provides several opportunities to sponsor and support specific elements of the conference such as meals, refreshments, program printing, and keynote speakers. Sponsors may also choose to support the conference generally with the sponsorship levels below. General sponsorship includes the items listed for the sponsoring organization.

$10,000   Sponsorship includes:

  • Keynote Session Sponsorship (One session, non exclusive)
  • Public "thank you" during the session
  • Opportunity for high visibility in the vendor exhibit space
  • Conference name badges marked "Conference Sponsor"
  • High visibility in printed conference materials
  • 4 complimentary attendee registrations
  • Your company identified in the conference booklet as a Sponsor
  • Your company logo with a link on the conference website  

$5,000   Sponsorship includes:

  • Keynote Session Sponsorship (One session, non exclusive)

  • 4 complimentary attendee registrations
  • Your company name identified in the conference booklet as a Sponsor

  • 3 complimentary attendee registrations

  • Vendor exhibit space

$1,500   Sponsorship includes:

  • Conference name badges marked "Conference Sponsor"
  • Visibility in printed conference materials
  • 2 complimentary attendee registrations
  • Your company name identified in the conference booklet as a Sponsor
  • Your company logo with a link on the conference website
  • Vendor exhibit space

$750   Sponsorship includes:

  • Conference name badge marked "Conference Sponsor"
  • 1 complimentary attendee registration
  • Company name listed in the conference booklet

Instructions for Exhibitors

  • Exhibit booth setup must be coordinated with the Local Arrangements Chair: Christine Rhoads, Case Western Reserve University, cmr4@case.edu
  • Booth space allocation is flexible on a first-come first-serve basis.
  • If electric power is needed exhibitors need to indicate how many amps are required.
  • Sponsors/Exhibitors at the $1,500 or higher level automatically receive booth space.
  • Exhibitor exhibits, equipment, and related signs must be removed from the exhibit space prior to 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday June 3, 2008.

Sponsor/Exhibitor Payment Instructions

Sponsors and exhibitors are required to register via http://www.occbio.org and coordinate payment with the Local Arrangements Chair: Christine Rhoads, Case Western Reserve University, cmr4@case.edu
