Poster Abstract Submission

Your invited to submit your poster abstracts via http://www.easychair.org beginning January 1, 2009.

Poster Display Instructions

Posters will be displayed with vendor exhibits and refreshments. Posters should be installed on the easels provided no later than 11:30 a.m. on June 15th 2009. The maximum size allocated for each poster is 4' high x 4' wide. Be sure to use a type size and font that will be easily readable. Easels will be provided with foam core boards and push pins to attach posters. Poster take-down time is Wednesday June 16th at 5:00 p.m.

The conference organizers and Case Western Reserve University shall not be held responsible for poster materials that have not been removed by 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday June 16, 2009. For answers to specific questions regarding your poster presentations, please feel free to contact the Program Chairs.

 

Papers for oral presentations
Full Papers (6 pages) are due for oral presentations on January 27, 2009 for review by the OCCBIO '09 committee. Authors will be notified of their inclusion in the program on February 27, 2009.
Submit a Manuscript

Poster Presentation Abstracts are due by May 11, 2009 for review by the OCCBIO '09 committee. All appropriate posters submitted will be accommodated.

Papers for publication due in camera-ready PDF format by March 27, 2009.

Early registration begins March 14, 2009.
