Title: "Interactomics: experimental and theoretical basis of biological interactions networks"
Abstract: Interaction networks can be used to model a variety of experimental and conceptual data associated with biological systems. I will talk about experimental approaches to developing large scale physical interaction datasets and the use of biological knowledge to improve our prediction of significant network features. Problems will be approached that include predicting the impacts of mutations, environmental factors, and therapeutic agents on biological systems.
