$5,000 Platinum Sponsorship includes:

$1,500 Silver sponsorship includes:

• Conference name badges marked "Silver Sponsor"
• Visibility in printed conference materials

$500 Supporting Sponsorship includes:

• Conference name badge marked "Supporting Sponsor"
• 1 complimentary attendee registration
• Your company name in the conference booklet as a Supporting Sponsor
• Your company name listed on the conference website

$1,000 Event-Specific Sponsorships

Event-Specific Sponsorship applies to financial support for specific receptions, breakfasts, lunches, and refreshments during session breaks.

In return sponsors will receive:

• Conference name badge marked "Event Sponsor"
• Visibility in printed conference materials
• 1 complimentary attendee registration
• Your company name included in the conference booklet as an Event Sponsor
• Your company name on the conference website
• Name recognition during the specific event supported

Platinum Exhibitor Space Assignments
Founding and Platinum Sponsorship levels include an exhibit space measuring 10 feet wide by 6 feet deep, with two optional tables with chairs. Tables will include covers and skirts. Exhibitor spaces will be assigned around the perimeter of the Walter Hall rotunda adjacent to where refreshment will be served. Exhibitor space assignments will be made by the conference chairs.

Gold and Silver Exhibitor Space Assignments
Gold and Silver sponsor/exhibitor levels include an exhibit space measuring 6 feet wide by 4 feet deep with one optional table with chairs. Tables will include covers and skirts. Exhibit space assignments will be made by the conference co-chairs.

Exhibitor Service Request Form
Upon receipt of a completed sponsor/exhibitor registration form with full payment, a confirmation will be returned with a Service Request Form. This form must be completed and returned to schedule each exhibitor's the requested services and/or storage space.

Services and Storage
Electrical outlets, wireless internet access, and limited storage space will be available upon request. Requests must be submitted by email or fax no later than June 14, 2006. Shipments will be accepted no earlier than Friday, June 23, 2006.
